On July 1st, 2016 Azusa Police Department Officers investigated a report of a missing 16 year old female. The female, Karina Ramos-Carmona, was last seen at about 10:00 PM. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5'01" / 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a white shirt with some type of logo on it. Karina suffers from a serious health issue and takes medication daily. 

The Azusa Police Department is asking members of the public to please contact Azusa PD at (626) 812-3200 or the local jurisdiction if Karina is seen.
