​On Tuesday, 12/20/2016, male adult Devaughn Demetrius Lindsey-Ramos left  his group home located at 1034 E. Alford St. Azusa and did not return. He was last seen at the location on Tuesday at approximately 9:00pm. 

Devaughn was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, orange shirt and blue jeans. He is a black, male, adult,  5'06" tall, weighs 125 lbs, brown eyes and brown hair. Devaughn is currently in need of medication and he left his medication at home. Devaughn is possibly headed to Pomona, CA. 

Officers and the department's detective bureau have initiated an investigation since obtaining the report and are now turning to the public through social media and the internet to seek any information or leads.
