Today, at approximately 1:40 pm, the Azusa Police Department received a call of an assault with a deadly weapon, which had taken place in the 1000 block of N. Dalton Avenue. Police officers immediately responded to the scene, and located two male adults who had visible injuries.
The subjects were in need of medical attention. Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics arrived on the scene and treated both subjects for their injuries. The subjects were transported to the hospital for treatment.
At the time this article was published, detectives from the Azusa Police Department Detective Bureau were still on scene gathering evidence and attempting to determine the cause of the incident.
