On April 18, 2018, at 1:06 AM, Azusa Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North San Gabriel Avenue, Azusa regarding a traffic collision. Upon arriving, officers found a lone motorcyclist was involved in the accident. The male adult had sustained serious injuries and was immediately transported, via ambulance, to a local hospital for treatment. The motorcyclist later succumbed to his injuries.
Based on witness statements and evidence at the scene of the collision, it appears the driver lost control of his motorcycle, and struck a curb. The exact cause of the collision is not yet known.
