Road Closure Info for Upcoming Bicycle Race

On Thursday May 18, 2017 at 12:45 PM, the Azusa Police Department and the California Highway Patrol will be closing all northbound traffic on Azusa Avenue at 12th Street due to the Amgen Tour of California (Bicycle Race) traveling through the Azusa City Limits. Additional intermittent road closures will also occur in the following areas between 12:45 PM and 2:00 PM:

Azusa Avenue and Sierra Madre Avenue

Highway 39 North of Sierra Madre Avenue

Azusa Avenue and 13th Street

San Gabriel Avenue and Sierra Madre Avenue

East Sierra Madre Avenue and North Hilltop Drive

East Sierra Madre Avenue and North Alameda Avenue

East Sierra Madre Avenue and North Dalton Avenue

East Sierra Madre Avenue and North Nob Hill Drive

East Sierra Madre Avenue and East Vosburg Drive

East Sierra Madre Avenue and Orange Blossom Way

East Sierra Madre Avenue and Lemon Swirl Drive

East Sierra Madre Avenue and Bougainvillea Street

East Sierra Madre Avenue and Azusa Veteran's Way

East Sierra Madre Avenue and East Wilsford Way

East Sierra Madre Avenue and North Crape Myrtle Drive

East Sierra Madre Avenue and Juniper Ridge / Macneil Drive

Residents and business owners can expect delays in the communities adjacent to the roads scheduled to be closed so please plan alternate routes accordingly.
