Pan Chen Juei was last seen on Tuesday, March 29th, at about 8:00 PM in the area of Azusa Ave /  Ninth St.

He is an 89 year old Chinese male who speaks Mandarin and some English. He is described as having thinning/balding grey hair, 5'6"/thin build, and was last seen wearing a tan jacket, brown pants, brown shoes, and a grey Mickey Mouse baseball hat. He suffers from Alzheimers and other medical issues for which he takes medication.
