This is a follow up to a press release we issued last night, which can be read here.

On February 6, 2014, Azusa PD Detectives met with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office Victim Impact Program at Pomona Superior Court to present this case. Once the case was presented, the Deputy District Attorney filed the following charges against the suspect in this case, Robert Arvizu:

• 288(a) PC - Lewd Act Upon a Minor
• 288(b) PC - Use of Force During Lewd Act Upon a Minor

Arvizu is currently being held without bail at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Jail. As of now, no new court date has been scheduled.
