Need Some Parking And Traffic Info About Golden Days?

You've come to the right place. The Azusa Police Department welcomes you to our beautiful city, and we hope you enjoy the parade. Remember to connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram . Below are the top questions we are asked most often about the parade:

no parkWhere Will The Parade Travel?

The parade route will start at the intersection of Foothill Blvd and Angeleno Ave. and a band review will take place on 6th Street and Angeleno Avenue at 9:00 a.m. The parade route will continue east on Foothill Boulevard and head south on San Gabriel Avenue. The dignitary reviewing stand will be held at 5th Street and San Gabriel Avenue. The parade route will continue down to 2nd Street, and then back up Angeleno Avenue to Memorial Park.

Additional Information

If you have any questions, please contact the City of Azusa Recreation and Family Services Department at Memorial Park, located at 320 N. Orange Place, or call (626) 812-5220. Please visit the parade's website at AzusaGoldenDays.net.

What About Towed Vehicles?

If you live on any roadways which are affected by the parade route and/or it's activities, look for signs prohibiting roadway parking. We ask that you remove your vehicle by Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. We will do the following to give everyone plenty of notice or opportunity so their vehicle is not towed:

  • We'll post "No Parking" signs 3 days in advance
  • We're posting this information on our social media platforms and website
  • We'll knock on your door (if registered locally) and ask you to move your vehicle

If we can't locate you, we'll have no other option but to tow your vehicle off the parade route.

How Do I Get My Vehicle Back?

If you aren't able to find your vehicle where you left it, most likely it was towed from the parade route. Please come to the Azusa Police Department at 725 N. Alameda Avenue, to obtain release paperwork for your vehicle.
