Resolved BB Gun Shooting in the San Gabriel Canyons

I have an interest in target shooting bb guns at targets set up, such as cans, water bottles, fruites that i set up at a certain distance. Is it legal to shoot my bb gun in the San Gabriel Canyons at my set up targets (fruits, water bottles, soda cans ) in an area that is distant from civilians and vehicles?

Hi Ernie,

You'll want to call the San Dimas station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, to ask that question. Their agency is responsible for the area north of the city of Azusa.
