On Thursday, September 10th, 2015 at 2:57 p.m., a business owner in the 900 block of W. Tenth Street, noticed what appeared to be a deceased male seated in a parked vehicle on the street. The owner called the Azusa Police Department.

Police officers. along with paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department, were dispatched to the scene. Once they arrived, they found the male had unfortunately passed away, from what appeared to be carbon monoxide poisoning. A check of the vehicle's information revealed it was associated with a suicidal male who was reported missing to the Monrovia Police Department, on September 8th, 2015.
