Lieutenant Xavier Torres grew up in the city of Azusa, and is a 28 year veteran of law enforcement. He is currently assigned as a patrol lieutenant. Lieutenant Torres has over 14 years of experience as a detective. He has been assigned as a Field Training Officer, a School Resource Officer, and a SWAT Team member. Sergeant Torres oversees the Azusa Police Department Social Media Team.
