I wondering how to report a person violating municipal city codes # Sec 74.438, Sec. 74.439 and Sec. 74.464. we are on a neighborhood where is a dead-end street - no much parking for residents and now this person is parking cars for sale online- not sale signs visibles- has at least 5 cars parked on the street and he has 3 to 4 inside his/her resindence and the only movement is when the sweeping day occurrs. Now we have to park our cars at front of other residences. What we can do about it??? We are tired with this concern....
