Resolved Crime reports in Rosedale community

We have heard from a neighborhood website that there are several burglaries occurredwithin last week. This makes us wonder if the crime rate has been increasing and whether we should start to form a Neighborhood Watch group. My questions are:We would like to see the police report on all crimes investigated in the Rosedalearea or by Section 3 Division.


1) How to see the police report on all crimes investigated in the Rosedalearea or by Section 3 Division within recent years.


2) Will police provide guidelines and supports for forming our Neighborhood Watch group?
